rainy saturday...

my legs and back are aching. i stupidly played 2 netball games last night back to back. and the stupidest thing? not grabbing dinner in between. so i went without food from 2pm-11pm.

CHAMPIONZ to the max.

so now i have gastric, indigestion, and very suan back and legs. i am how genius.

and the best part is, i have another game in 5 hours time. raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar.

but i love the pain in a sadistic way. LOL. siao.

and pole dancing is fun!! it's even more fun cos it's a private class with my colleagues, so no strangers and feeling of self consciousness. and it's not sleazy at all despite sterotypical impressions of the activity. it pretty much trains your arms, legs and abs. in fact you feel more like a monkey swinging around a pole.

my company is having a badminton session next tuesday at the NUS law campus along bukit timah. i'm wondering if i should run there from my place. i'm pretty sure it's more than 10km. i dunno if i should continue 10km runs for another 2-3 weeks or up the distance already. MIKEEEEE if u're reading this pls advise on training program since u've done like 3 full marathons already LOL.

but it means my legs will have to recover by tuesday. i seriously need to restock my glucosamine.

    So you doing the full marathon this december? Awesomeness la you..respect.

    Depending on how often you train, i think you need to be comfortable doing 10-14km runs now.

    By September, you should be able to do 21km comfortable and the last two months (Oct and Nov) should be climbing up the distance closer to a ful 42km!
