Going to the zoo! It was a pretty cloudy day, not too sunny, thank god.

Check out the queue. And it's a Monday!!! Don't these people have to work?? Why are they all on leave like me lol.

After about 20 mins of queueing........... Finally!

Animals of Asia!

Twins? So hamsome with such prosperous nose. Sure huats.

A large viewing gallery to check out these red butt monkeys. It's really funny to see what they do. Just chasing one another around and plucking insects off each other. Good life leh, no worries.

Apparently the more dominant males have bigger and redder butts. And each of them has like a following of 3 monkeys. Whichever female they laid their eyes on, they just kidnap them, guard and protect them and eventually these females will be part of their harem. And when a female shows a male her red butt, it means she wants to mate. How slutty LOL.

So pretty!!! How tragic it must have been for the zookeeper who got pawed to death last year. I would have been traumatized to witness it live.

This is how far the white tiger can jump!! ROAaaaarrr.

Taking the tram. We took a few rounds and had a power nap lol!! Can't help it, so relaxing with the breeze and rainforest music haha.

Freely roaming duck in the fragile forest. Totally oblivious to the people walking around.

Pretty bright red parrots!!

And pretty purple flowers in the tropical gardens. No more animals to see so see flowers lol.

Pineapples in the zoo!! How queer. Should have plucked one to eat.

Feeding the giraffe. They are SO GORGEOUS up close!!! Like super huge eyes with super long eyelashes. Kinda look like bambi!!!

Polka dotted! My top is how apt for the zoo.

Holy shit. I seemed to recall reading about them during my geography days. Or did I watch it on national geographic? It looks damn painful can. How is this attractive to man???Like how to kiss?? Lol.

Hugeass tortoises. Touch for longevity! The oldest tortoise lived to about 176 years old? Amazing huh. This one at the zoo is about 75 years old.

Boat ride!!

The reservoir is so pretty. I can't imagine what's lurking underneath though. I think it's the biggest in S'pore? 

End off the day with toasted bread and teh from Ah Meng Kopi.

............ Which bill lee finished it off in minutes without leaving any for me!!!!! WAH RAOS.

There I was checking my email on my phone and before I know it, the eggs AND toasted breads were gone. ALLLL GONEEEE.

Anyway, it was a really fun trip to the zoo after like eons of not visiting it. It helped that the weather was cloudy and cooling, and we left before it started raining! We were driving home on the BKE when it started drizzling. Such perfect timing! 

Damn shackkk now. Back to work tmr, but short work week so yayyy!
