I was watching this HK drama serial and there was this scene where a guy and a girl got lost on this island.

It starts raining. Girl falls, twist her leg, hand starts bleeding and becomes helpless.

Guy runs over, covers her with jacket, took out a handkerchief and wraps it around her bleeding hand.

Guy carries girl, stumbles upon a pavilion and both fell asleep. Guy wakes up next day to find girl with high fever, unwraps the handkerchief to find her wound worsening.

Infected wound + twisted leg = typical drama.

But predictably, the hero finds his way out, saves her and she wakes up in the hospital where the doctor told her thank god for handsome young man saving her life in time, because any later her wound would be terribly infected with bacteria and her condition will worsen.

To which which my younger brother said:

"it must be the snort from his handkerchief."
