HOLY SHIT LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!

Friggin' old school man!! I used to dread going school on national day cos we had to do this silly workout, which in my opinion, hardly counts as a workout at all.

They even had version 2 after this which involved some flushing toilet movement. Retarded to the max.

Still, how nostalgic!! There seemed to be some familiar celebrity faces but due to the poor quality, I can't make them out LOL.
