Over the weekend.......
...........we went for a Catholic Engagement Encounter program! Also known as CEEspore!
It's like a pre marriage preparation course for Catholics and honestly for me, I went for it because it was compulsory before we are allowed to get married/solemnize in a catholic church. Eeeeps. *sheepish look*
But at the end of it all, I found the course to be an eye opener, a weekend for reconciliation with God and definitely an affirmation for the both of us.
It was intense with topics after topics being addressed and discussed, including sensitive ones though i can't divulge much or it will spoil the surprise for those thinking of going! I strongly encourage this course for couples getting married :) and it's definitely important to attend it with an open mind.
A wedding is just a day, but a marriage is a lifetime :)
One thing for sure, we must never leave God out of our equation!
And it's almost 3 months left to the wedding and no guestlist yet! OMG i'm the laziest bride ever. Yawnnnnsssss. I promise to do it after my hongkong trip!!!
