Lina, whom we also affectionately call her our niang, is leaving us for greener pastures.

I understand that in every job, people come and go, and being in my current company, I've seen countless colleagues who joined and left. So I should feel immune, yes?

But there are some who left footprints and I feel a sense of loss because they have truly inspired me and we have developed a friendship much more than just a colleague, a manager.

We will miss you lina!!

Sometimes I wonder how do people decide if it's time to move on. Is it really for career development, a promotion, a new role, or really, it's all about the money?

I think money is truly a factor for me. I've always tell everyone I would sweep the roads for 20k a month LOL. Shallow, but true.

Will see what awaits me next year!:)
