My new read for the week:



Yes, I love stories that tugs at the heartstrings.

Finished redeeming love and it's such a beautiful, touching read. If anyone wants to read about how God answer prayers when you believe, this is THE book. It took the lead character, Sarah, almost 30 years to finally see God's words, and when she does, she finally understood why and was so consumed with His powerful love.

Sometimes I questioned why my mom passed away at such an early age. What good does it do to myself or my family? I hope it doesn't take me 30 years to understand why. It's been close to 5 years and although we have come to terms, I still miss her dearly.

Still, I believe all things happened for a reason and only God knows. We just need to keep the faith, and trust Him with all our heart for He will make our path straight. Difficult at times, but I guess that's why attending church services or even prayers help bring us back to Him when we find ourselves backsliding.

This week hasn't been the smoothest but when the rain comes down, I believe it will shine again. Let's hope it will be sunny next week :)
